Project Management and Outsourcing
If you have a project to complete and you don’t have the skills to complete it yourself, you will need to learn the requires skills or find someone to handle the parts to the project that you are not familiar with.
In order to make your project fly it is essential that you understand project management and outsourcing. If you have an internal team you need to manage your team. If not, you will most likely need to look at outsourcing your tasks to an outside source.
If you can build a relatio`nship with your outsourcing partner you can add them to your team and send them more projects when you need them done.
It is a little different manageing an outsourcing partner instead of an internal team but I will give you some pointers for working with both as we go along.
Project Management
I have been thinking about project management lately and I decided that I should dedicate more of my blogging efforts to the topic of Projects and Management.
Most people think of project management as a concept, but they never really implement their management to a specific project. They usually make the mistake of not selecting a project to manage in the first place then trying to manage ther way to a target that keeps changing.
I am going to give this some thought and get back to you with more on the subject of Project Management tomorrow.
